When Exchanges & Returns Are Not Accepted

To ensure fairness and quality for all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Color/Design Variations:

Slight differences (10–15%) in color or design may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. These are normal and not considered defects.

Fabric Feel or Personal Preferences:

Disliking the material, color tone, or how the fabric feels after delivery is not eligible for exchange. We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing.

Change of Mind:

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.

Size Exchange Policy (For Unstitched Dress Material Only)

Review Carefully:

For semi-stitched or unstitched dress materials, please go through the measurements and fabric details provided.

Facing a Size Issue?

Email us at kotadoriya.com@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and concern.

Stock & Fees:

Exchanges are subject to availability. A fee of ₹300 per item applies (covers pickup and reshipping charges).
❗ Sale items are not eligible for size exchange.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?

We take great care in packaging and dispatching, but in the rare case of damage or error:

Report Quickly:

Email kotadoriya.com@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Be sure to include clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.

Swift Resolution:

Once approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup and dispatch a replacement within 3–5 working days.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit, valid for 60 days.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international shipments.
